Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Scan2Post mobile application (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) Service description

Scan2Post is an operational tool that scans QR codes and transmits scan payloads to a user-defined server endpoint configured in the App.

2) Endpoint configuration and responsibility

The endpoint URL is provided by the user. The App developer does not operate or control your endpoint unless agreed separately in writing. You are responsible for endpoint security (HTTPS, authentication, access control), server-side validation, storage, retention, and legal compliance for the transmitted data.

3) Prohibited use

• Using the App to transmit data to systems you do not own or have permission to use.
• Attempting to bypass security, abuse the App, or interfere with network operations.
• Using the App for unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes.
• Reverse engineering or tampering with the App, except as permitted by law.

4) No warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Endpoint compatibility, response formats, uptime, and performance depend on the endpoint you configure.

5) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the App or your endpoint configuration.
